Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, customers may apply for return of the purchased items and/or refund prior to the expiration of the period as stated in terms of service. Take note that a customer has 15 calendar days to return an item upon receiving it.

If the return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment. The customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card’s issuer’s policies.

We deliver throughout the Philippines, Monday-Saturday, excluding Sundays and Philippine Public Holidays. All orders are processed within 2-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Take note the standard delivery time and cost: Metro Manila: 3-5 Days (69.00) Luzon: 5-10 Days (79.00) Visayas and Mindanao: 10-15 Days (100.00-120.00)

Free local delivery is available for orders over ₱300.00 within Batangas area. Deliveries are made from 8AM to 5PM on Monday-Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number or via email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Note that deliveries may be delayed due to exceptional circumstances.
