SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Info
We deliver throughout the Philippines, Monday-Saturday, excluding Sundays and Philippine Public Holidays. All orders are processed within 2-3 days (excluding Sunday and Philippine Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Delivery Time:
Metro Manila: 3-5 Days (69.00) Luzon: 5-10 Days (79.00) Visayas and Mindanao: 10-15 Days (100.00-120.00). Please note that Delivery Times only count working days, not including Sundays and Philippine Public Holidays.

Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over ₱300.00 within Batangas area. Deliveries are made from 8AM to 5PM on Monday-Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number or via email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Note that deliveries may be delayed due to exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout Each delivery area has a corresponding shipping rate. We have provided applicable Shipping Discounts and it will be deducted from the Shipping Fee. Please note that all additional charges for any reason of any kind are the responsibility of the buyer.

Status of Order
Majority of orders are shipped by a third party courier. When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven't received your order within the days of receiving, please contact us at morpheus.fancycreations@gmail.com, and we will look into it for you.

Address Details
Please ensure delivery address is entered correctly. Incorrect delivery address will result in delay to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due incorrect information

Multiple Item Orders
We will ship multiple item orders with only one order ID and has a same courier booking and one charge of Shipping Fee if the multiple item orders are confirmed at the same time.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Morpheus Fancy’ Collections encourage customers to communicate with the shop in the event where problem arises in a transaction. Buyer should contact us directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiration of the period as stated in terms of service. Take note that a customer has 15 calendar days to return an item upon receiving it.
Condition of Returning Item
Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, is returned to Seller in the condition received by Buyer on delivery to ensure a hassle-free experience when returning the Item. We recommend that the Buyer take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
Application for the Return of an Item
Refunds and/or returns will just be issued by Morpheus’ Fancy Collection only when,

The Item has not been received by customer;

The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

The shop has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.) to customer;

The Item delivered to customer is materially different from the description provided by the shop in the listing of the Item; or
-
By way of private agreement with us and confirmation of such agreement.
If the return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card (or original method of payment). The customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card’s issuer’s policies.
