Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, customers may apply for return of the purchased items and/or refund prior to the expiration of the period as stated in terms of service. Take note that a customer has 15 calendar days to return an item upon receiving it.
If the return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment. The customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card’s issuer’s policies.We deliver throughout the Philippines, Monday-Saturday, excluding Sundays and Philippine Public Holidays. All orders are processed within 2-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Free local delivery is available for orders over ₱300.00 within Batangas area. Deliveries are made from 8AM to 5PM on Monday-Saturday.
